FlowSensy provides a 7-day free demo to all customers. We strongly recommend testing our platform thoroughly before purchasing any plan. Once a plan is activated and WhatsApp credits are added, refunds are generally not provided except in specific limited circumstances.

1. Free Demo Period

FlowSensy offers a 7-day free demo to all new customers to evaluate our WhatsApp Business API services. During the demo period, you can:

  • Test all available platform features and explore chatbot/automation workflows.

  • Evaluate platform stability, performance, and verify integrations.

  • ⚠️ Customers are responsible for ensuring the platform meets requirements during this period.

  • Purchasing a plan indicates acceptance of platform capabilities.

2. General Refund Policy

Once a paid plan is purchased and credits are allocated, no refunds are issued, except under specific technical failures:

  • 2.1 Technical Service Interruption: A refund may be considered if the platform faces verified technical failure and is completely unavailable for more than 15 consecutive days.

  • The issue must be caused by FlowSensy infrastructure, not third-party services (Meta, hosting, internet, etc.).

  • 2.2 Refund Calculation: Approved refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused days of the active plan from the date of request.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • 3.1 WhatsApp Credits: Once added, they cannot be refunded, transferred, or moved to another WhatsApp number.

  • 3.2 Plan Upgrades: Upgrades are instant and price differences are non-refundable. Downgrades apply to future cycles.

  • 3.3 Used Services: No refunds for messages sent, API calls executed, active features, or delivered onboarding services.

4. Account & Credit Management

Maintaining your account and credit status:

  • 4.1 Account Maintenance: A minimum balance of ₹1 is required to keep a WhatsApp number active.

  • Accounts with zero balance may be deactivated after 30 days and require re-verification.

  • 4.2 Credit Validity: WhatsApp credits do not expire. Subscription features are valid for the active billing period only.

5. Refund Request Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria under Section 2.1, follow this process:

  • Eligibility Check: Confirm total service unavailability for 15+ consecutive days due to FlowSensy infrastructure.

  • How to Request: Email [email protected] with subject 'Refund Request – [Your Email]'.

  • Include registered email, detailed explanation of the issue, and supporting evidence (screenshots/logs).

  • Processing Timeline: Initial response in 48h, review in 5-7 days, approved refunds in 10 business days.
