FlowSensy provides WhatsApp Business API–based solutions including:
WhatsApp Business API onboarding & management
Chatbot automation & workflows
Bulk and transactional messaging
CRM & third-party integrations
Workflow automation
eCommerce & lead management integrations
All services operate strictly under Meta’s official WhatsApp Business API policies. FlowSensy is not affiliated with Meta but works as a service facilitator.
To use FlowSensy, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Register at app.flowsensy.com
Provide accurate and lawful business information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Be fully responsible for all activity under your account
You are responsible for ensuring your WhatsApp usage complies with Meta policies and Indian laws.
You agree NOT to use FlowSensy for:
Spam or unsolicited messaging
Illegal, misleading, or fraudulent activities
Adult, hateful, abusive, or violent content
Malware, phishing, or scam activities
Any violation of WhatsApp / Meta policies
FlowSensy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if misuse is detected.
Understanding our billing and subscription model:
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)
Services are subscription-based
Payments are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise
GST and applicable taxes are extra
Subscriptions may auto-renew
Services may be suspended for failed or delayed payments

No system guarantees 100% security
Users are responsible for lawful data collection and consent
FlowSensy integrates with third-party platforms such as:
Meta WhatsApp Business API
Payment gateways
CRM tools
eCommerce platforms
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
FlowSensy shall not be liable for:
WhatsApp account bans by Meta
Business loss, revenue loss, or data loss
API downtime or third-party failures
Policy changes by Meta or WhatsApp
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last billing cycle.
Policy regarding account termination:
Users may cancel subscriptions anytime
FlowSensy may suspend or terminate access for violations
Upon termination, access will be revoked
Outstanding dues remain payable
FlowSensy may update these terms at any time.
Continued usage implies acceptance of revised terms.
These terms are governed by Indian law.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Uttar Pradesh.
